If it wasn’t for this house, we wouldn’t have a house.

This House is the best House that a Kappa Sigma Brother could ever hope to have.

It is imperative that every Kappa Sigma, Epsilon Nu Chapter Brother, past and present, understands this House represents ALL of us, both individually and collectively.

We also have to understand that this House represents the FUTURE of our Kappa Sigma, EN Chapter.

This was and still is Our House, Our Kappa Sigma House at USM.

This is not an ordinary House, this is the House of Champions.

From our time spent up to 50+ years in and around this House, we ALL have earned a “Stake” in this House.

We may not hold title to the building and the real estate, but, make no mistake, this is Our House, but we must take Action to keep it long term.  The Epsilon Nu House Corporation will be the Team that is charged to make this happen.

This Kappa Sigma House at USM, the House of Champions, is an Icon, has given us shelter and a place to call Home, a place to gather, a place to entertain, a sense of pride to show off to our family and friends and our potential FUTURE Kappa Sigma Brothers.

This House is Good for Our Order.

This House will not live into the Future of its own accord.  This House will need our help to survive.

So now, it is our job, our responsibility, to take Action.  Once and for all time, we ALL need to come together as a Chapter, but we will each have to act individually in order to achieve our goal.

Definition 1: A stakeholder is a member of “groups without whose support the organization would cease to exist”.

Definition 2:  A stakeholder is an individual, group or organization that is impacted by the outcome of a project.

We, individually and collectively, have the right to claim Our “Stake” as one of many Brothers that make up the House of Champions.

Now, we need you, the individual Brother and you, part of our Kappa Sigma Chapter to claim, to take your “Stake” as a show of support in this most important project.

At the same time, we also need for you to help spread the word to ALL of our EN Brothers over time, where ever they may be.

In order to better organize the long haul funding needed to protect and support this House now and into the FUTURE, once and for all, the following Actions need to be taken by each and every Kappa Sigma, Epsilon Nu Brother:

1 + 2 = 3 Actions required to claim your Stake and become a House of Champions Stakeholder:

1 = You believe that your individual pledge of support, at what ever level you choose, as an individual Brother, will help this project of supporting our House of Champions now and into the Future.
2 = You pledge to reach out to at least 2 of your Kappa Sigma Brothers and tell them about this 1 + 2 = 3 Stakeholder Program by asking them to join you and our group of Kappa Sigma, Epsilon Nu Brothers to help support our House of Champions, in a sustainable way, by a large number of Brothers, over time, into the FUTURE.

It is that simple!
